What a mess... kept stringing us along that things were fine when they were behind schedule, causing significant delays to the transaction. First someone was sick. Then someone died. Then their whole system went down.

This was one of the worst lack of communication in a transaction I have had in over 20 years in Real Estate. The pre approval letter said prequalified conventional financing. But neither of those things were true. The loan officer had a family emergency during the loan and had no one covering for her so no calls or emails were returned. Out of dozens of times reach out over 3 weeks one email was returned all the other communication was ignored. The deal closed 3 weeks late and the lender never once reached out to reassure or apologize either during the loan process or after. Now I’m getting auto - generated emails all the time from her! Laughable. If I see a pre approved buyer from this lender I will run the other way!
