With over 52 years in the mortgage banking business, StanMorris has made his mark in this industry. Graduating from Arizona StateUniversity with a degree in Finance he chose to stay in the valley and pursuereal estate financing. In those 52 years, he has held various positions in theindustry, including Arizona State Manager, Western Regional Manager andNational Production Manager for BancOne (now Chase Mortgage).
In January of 1998 he branched out on his own in pursuit ofcreating a company that could provide competitive real estate financing withunmatched service. He has developed his vision into a mortgage company thatconsistently ranks in the top 5 mortgage bankers in Arizona. The PeoplesMortgage family has grown to be licensed in 42 states across the country.
In addition to his dedication to the mortgage industry, Stanis very active in the Tempe community. He has served on the boards oforganizations such as the Tempe YMCA and the Tempe Community Council, as wellas served as President of the Arizona Mortgage Bankers Association and theTempe Diablos, a nationally recognized community service organization.
