The process was reasonably smooth overall. Completing steps over the phone and online occasionally led to some duplication, but it didn't cause any significant issues. I believe a phone call explaining the purpose of the emailed documents would be beneficial for better clarity. Jonathan and Amy were extremely helpful and patient throughout the process.
