America is a California Native but has resided in Arizona for the last 20 years. One of her passions is helping families find their part of the American dream, home ownership. For the last 12+ years she has had a direct influence for many families in obtaining home ownership. Utilizing programs like FHA, Conventional, USDA and VA Loans. America also posse's knowledge on many other programs as well to help young and mature families alike seek this dream.

Very Family orientated and a mother of two beautiful children, America can relate to many walks of life. This helps her connect to many different situations and scenarios by listening to family needs and their objectives. Staying focused and transparent, America has earned the trust of many families over the years.
