About Dick Dunbar
Dick is the Reverse Mortgage Expert at Peoples Mortgage Co. With 37 years in the Mortgage Industry Dick understands the challenges of managing cash flow in retirement years. A U. of Arizona graduate with a bachelor’s Degree in Real Estate Finance and forever a Wildcat, Dick calls Tucson/ Saddlebrooke home. Dick explored the real estate side of the industry for several years before finding his niche in the mortgage business. His expertise of real estate finance led him from Loan Originator to Branch Manager, and then1991 Dick went out on his own and opened the doors to Select Mortgage Inc. where he grew a successful business. In 2009, Select Mortgage merged with Peoples Mortgage to benefit from the additional product line, competitive rates, fees, in-house processing, underwriting, funding, and closing, that Peoples had to offer. When Dick can sneak away from the office, he enjoys traveling!
