About Patricia Bahr Aranzaens
Patricia Bahr has been a Senior Loan Officer with Peoples Mortgage-The Smart Team since 2008, and in the Phoenix area since 1992. She was previously a business owner with international experience in the construction industry and a Realtor in Orange County, California. I thoroughly enjoy problem solving and providing professional guidance to all of my clients from first time homebuyers to an executive building his dream home. In today's precarious mortgage and credit market, experience and up to date product knowledge is imperative. Patricia has a broad knowledge of mortgage products and Peoples Mortgage has many resources for programs to meet the unique requirements of each individual, including the IT tools necessary for smooth, efficient and timely delivery of the products. She is a member of the National Association of Mortgage Bankers (NAMB), the Arizona Association of Mortgage Professionals (AzAMP), and the Hispanic Association of Real Estate Professionals (HAREP).
