After I graduated from High School, I started working as a Customer Service Representative for a large oil company, which continued for 20 years.  There I helped customers by setting up new credit card accounts, making changes to personal information & helping with a payment plans.

In 1991 I began my career in the mortgage industry as a set up clerk, then a loan processor, and since 2001, a Loan Officer. Having the background in Customer Service, on top of the knowledge of setting up mortgage loans, makes me a better Loan Officer by being able to listen to my clients needs & know what information is needed for their loan to be processed.
