Scott Wiley is a transplant from Connecticut. Originally drawn to Utah for the college experience but ultimately stayed on for the outdoor adventures! Whether skiing, biking, backpacking or sailing through the summer, he continues to be intrigued by mother natures untamed beauty and absolutely loves sharing the challenges and rewards with with kindred spirits!

Scott's interest in the mortgage industry was initially to pay bills and provide for the needs of his family, but what keeps him motivated is the satisfaction that comes as he meets the diverse needs of his clients. This has been accomplished by keeping abreast of the of all important aspects on home loans and then empowering his clients to set the rate and term that works best for their financial and housing goals.

Side note: One of Scott's most challenging loans was with a woman, highly skeptical of the mortgage industry and men in general, who later became his wife!  His most rewarding time is in sharing their outdoor adventures with the newest loves of his life: Hannah (5) and Owen (almost 2).
